Interview: 5 Questions with Bet Rip The Runway Model Trishauna Clarke

Maytee: Tell us a little bit on your background?

Trishauna: Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica I am an aspiring model/actress/singer. I am currently attending Nursing school to graduate with a B.S.N. degree; Which would be my 2nd degree. I have done numerous TV commercials, infomercials, music videos, magazines, and ripped many runways.

I enjoy using my talent to attend many charity events to give back to organizations and communities. Modeling, acting and singing has been my passion since the age of 4. I was selected by Legacy Magazine in the Miami Herald as one of 40 under 40 leaders of today and tomorrow for 2011.



Maytee: How did you get started in modeling?

Trishauna: My mother. She always entered me into pageants and commercial in Jamaica. I enjoyed being in front of the camera.



Maytee: Tell us about your experience when you modeled for BET Rip the Runway?

Trishauna: It was very exciting! Met a lot of interesting people. It was great working with the BET team they were very professional and stuck to their schedule.



Maytee: What is any advice you would like to tell those following in your footsteps?


Trishauna: BE DETERMINED! If you have the passion for what you do then the drive for going after it should follow. No matter the obstacles that come in your way stay dedicated and determined to achieve what you want in life.
