I had a great time on Day 2 of fashion week. I watched the best shows, catched up with great friends, made new ones and did coverage. I also enjoyed having my mom and cousin there with me everyday.

Stevie: My recent collection is inspired by Religion & Culture.

Maytee: What are some of your favorite pieces from that collection?

Stevie: I love the gun piece and the pieces are adjust to people's facial structure.

Maytee:  What first inspired you to become a jewelry designer and was it always something you wanted to do?


Laura: I simply turned my addiction into a flourishing business. Most importantly I am a Business Woman & self proclaimed Fashion Stylist. I am the owner of my online store JEWELS. Since the age of about 3 I've been my own little Fashionista. Growing up my friends & peers would always admire the unique yet trendy ensembles that I would put together. They'd always ask me to shop for them or come along with them so they too could be as stylish as I. I've always had a knack for sensing a persons style & choosing pieces that would best fit there body type & lifestyle while allowing them to still look absolutely fabulous. I love to be in style but with selected unique pieces and that's what my online store, JEWELS, represents.

Maytee: What celebs have been seen wearing "Jewels Addiction"?


Laura: My JEWELS were seen on Actress & Model Natalie Martinez as well as the other models in Pitbull's Rain Over Me Music Video featuring Marc Anthony.

Maytee: What is any advice you would like to give to those looking to follow in your footsteps?

Laura: You'll always look forward to doing what you enjoy, so do what you enjoy.

Maytee: What do you love most about your job?


Laura: The JEWELS! I love unique & trendy Fashion Accessories & now I have access to so many. It's a daily battle to not keep them all to myself.
